Job description
Thrive Teen Therapy is hiring a highly experienced, teen therapist contractor for a part time teen position. The suitable candidate has a Master's degree in counselling or psychology and has 3-5 years previous experience as a youth focused clinical social worker, registered psychologist or clinical counsellor with training in specific counselling modalities such as DBT, ACT, EMDR or Family systems. Applicants must be licensed in Alberta and registered with their local college or professional association.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated therapists who are excellent team players and are highly experienced in working with youth and families. Thrive is an LGBTQ2s+ affirming clinic that values diversity and inclusion, with a focus on supporting a diverse youth population.
We welcome applicants with 2-5 years experience in the areas of supporting teen anxiety, eating disorders, self harm, LGBTQ2s+ youth support, suicidal youth, children's anxiety or family counselling.
