Sometimes life is tough but knowing where to find support when you need it can help those tough times feel more manageable. That’s where I come in! Throughout my career, I have confirmed my passion for customized care and safe, authentic therapeutic spaces. That means that I will be honest and non-judgemental so that you can be too; you get to be yourself and guide our work accordingly.

Together, we can figure out which approach fits you; there isn’t one right answer, but I find that a strengths-based, person-centered approach aligns best with my values. Some of the therapeutic approaches I draw from are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).I am also a certified ADHD clinical therapist. I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults, and embrace client identities across cultures, genders, sexualities, and neurotypes.

Outside of the office, I am usually spending time with my fluffy, black dog, Herbert, doing yoga, and exploring new restaurants and recipes. I love sunshine, being outside, and good coffee.

The road to self-understanding can feel long and winding; we are all just trying our best to navigate it. I hope to help you along that path, and maybe to smooth out some bumps too.
