My name is Mann. I am a registered provisional psychologist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I am also a doctoral student in psychology and anticipate completing my doctorate in 2024. I have over 18 years of experience in professional healthcare settings and have worked with diverse populations, cultures, and belief systems.
I believe that human beings have the inherent wisdom to heal and grow. However, there are times when you feel disconnected, discouraged, and exhausted, and I am grateful that during these times, I can be your support.
My approach to counselling is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I work with teens, young adults, parents and families on a range of presenting concerns, such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, healthy boundaries, self harm, values identification, racial identity, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, and addiction recovery.
Oh! When I am not working, wait; I am always working on something, including being a mom, student, nature lover, gardener, painter, connecting with my family and friends, and binge-watching TV.
